Diaphragm Pressure Gauges

The Sealed Diaphragm Pressure Gauges are available in 21/2", 1", 6" dials with accuracy of 1% having complete stainless steel construction. In gauges, the basic sensing element, i.e., bourdon tube is isolated through the isolating device, i.e., diaphragm seal that comprises of secondary sensing element, i.e., the diaphragm. The pressure is sensed by the diaphragm and is transferred to the pressure gauges by the sealing fluid. Considering nature of fluid, diaphragm can be supplied of SS 316.1, monel, hastelloy, titanium, tantalum, Teflon, etc, or SS 316 Teflon. These gauges can be supplied in screwed as well as flanged connection as per the customers requirements; can also be supplied with extended capillary, electrical contacts, glycerine filling. The ranges are available from vacuum to 400 kg/cm2 with the accuracy of 1% FS. This can be used in maximum temperature of 180 degree C with option of 300 degree C. These instruments find application in the industries like chemicals, petrochemicals, fertilizers, power, food, pharmacy, steel, cement and other industries, where aggressive media are present.
