Shanghai HaoYing Measurement & Control Technology Co., Ltd., founded in 2005 in Shanghai Xinzhuang Industrial zone by Mr. Wu Hao, senior expert in melt pressure sensor, mainly researches, develops and manufactures pressure sensors, which are consist of 46 series, including pressure transducer/transmitter, automobile pressure sensor, temperature transducer, melt pressure transducer/transmitter, melt pressure gauge, rupture disk, pressure calibrating equipment ,temperature indicator, intelligent digital pressure indicator and integrated automotive controlling system. HaoYing especially develops a new PTV series melt pressure transducers for plastic machines, exchanging for Dynisco V series products, compared to other transducers, the new one is more accurated and durable. PTV series can overcome some damaged problems that other transducers will appear after several months, such as pressure creeping, temperature drifting. In addition, there are two points will affect transducers’ durability, one is the diaphragm’s thickness, the thin diaphragm will shorten the service life of sensor ball. PTV series product can endure the harsh technological conditions without damaging, the other is stem intensity, the bad quality of material and poor design will cause sensors’ stem bent, twisted or broken. PTV series can overcome this, owing to manufacture with stainless steel, this stainless steel has better components and higher strength. Furthermore, sensor tip adopts complete structure without welding, but this is the easy-broken point on other similar device.

In the global market, the melt pressure transducer applying for plastic and fiber machine was lacking the China’s brand. HaoYing is on her way to be a global competitive brand. With updating technology, optimizing management, and assembly line production, HaoYing has launched the PTV series melt pressure transducer applying for the global market, including 3.33mV/V, 4-20mA, 0-5V, 0-10V output series, PTV series have many common pressure ranges, process connection and so on, which adopt several HaoYing patents.

When manufacturing chemical fiber, rubber, plastic and other mechanical devices, pressure transmitter is often used to measure process’s fluid pressure, including the differential pressure, the absolute pressure and the surface pressure and so on, and to monitor the data during the producing within the expected range. The traditional pressure transmitter should be checked through inspection equipments, which will take a lot of time and manpower, and large expenditure. In order to solve the above problems, HaoYing launches a new auto-zero pressure transmitters, with the advantage of saving resources and calibrating conveniently.

The auto-zero pressure transmitter is consist of components as follows, sensing head, sensing element, pressure hole, stain gauge to transfer signal connected with element, elastomer, metal capillary with diameter 0.3mm, rigid stem. Among these, sensing element is made with great flexible alloy material, or 15-5PH stainless steel Armoloy coated diaphragm with internal stresses release, roughness increase, and vacuum heat treatment, vacuum Titanium Carbide coating, with high temperature resistance both. Sensing element is welded with sensing head, connected with capillary, which is on the bottom of elastomer connected with auto-zero amplified circuit board to amplify signal and be compatible with long-distance monitor system. Sensing head, elastomer and stain gauge are in sealed shell with other materials.

Auto-Zero pressure transmitters have precise accuracy and good stability for wide applications, with high integration, low power consumption, high sensitivity, good linearity, small volume. It can only use one button to get automatic calibration and amendment to avoid consuming a lot of manpower, time and expensive calibrating equipment, thus greatly improving users’ productivity.
